1.Sliding table

This model of panel saw most different to other model is its “Z” sliding table.Also called linear guide structure.

“Z” panel saw sliding table is chrome plated differential ball structure . We use this kind of structure before as its high precision but it wear out quickly,so we found other structures instead.

2.Motor power:

Precision panel saw has two motor main saw motor (5.5kw) and scoring saw motor (1.1kw).

Main motor: Has 6 vanes 

           5.5kw(different voltage can be customized)

           Net weight:16kg

Scoring motor:Has 5 vanes

            1.1kw or 0.75kw(depends on U but if you don’t mention we will use 1.1kw motor)

            Net weight:49kg

Main motor & Scoring motor within copper wire,good in heat resistance,long life.1.1Kw scoring motor more efficiency.

3.Sliding table customized:

1500mm,1600mm,1800mm,2200mm,2800mm,3000mm,3200mm,3600mm,3800mm.

4.Quality control

When adjust angle it precise within 10dmm. 100dmm=1mm.

We use steel angle ruler to make sure if saw blade reach 90degree.

5.Cast iron working table.

6.Our panel saw has 14 pieces pilot pin.

So when we ship goods to you panel saw’s precision won’t change.
