1.Horizontal precision sliding panel saw
Depends on your door size & material size I recommend,panel saw with 3200mm sliding table.
2.Cold press machine(Or hot press)
Hydralic cold press machine with 50t pressure,with work table size 2500*1300mm
It can press 10-15 pieces of plywood one time, but its glue need at least 45 minutes to fix wood together.
3.Vacuum membrane press machine
Accroding to the door size, we choose different vacuum membrane press machine with different worktable inner size.
2300*1100mm is enough, but our machine's work table size can be customized.
4.Edge banding machine
This is necessary for producing cabinets
5.CNC Router
When u want design the surface of door and cabinets you must need a set of CNC Router.
